Division of Rheumatology, University of Michigan Medical School A case of refractory pulmonary hemorrhage in a pregnant 22-year-old with systemic lupus is presented. The clinical difficulty of management of pulmonary haemorrhage and lupus flare during pregnancy are discussed.
