Rheumatoid nodules in a patient with primary antiphospholipid (Hughes) syndrome

Department of Rheumatology, Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, Ichilov Hospital, Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel A 29-year-old woman presented with multiple rheumatoid nodules in both hands. Clinical features and supportive laboratory investigations revealed antiphospholipid syndrome. A review of rheumatoid nodules and cutaneous manifestations of antiphospholipid syndrome is presented.
